物料從主機(jī)架上部入口處進(jìn)入窩眼滾筒內(nèi)，旋轉(zhuǎn)的窩眼滾筒上沖有尺寸精確的氣泡式窩眼，小于窩眼內(nèi)徑的顆粒會(huì)嵌入窩眼內(nèi)，隨滾筒上行一定距離后落入中心U型料槽，而后被U型料槽內(nèi)的螺旋攪龍排出設(shè)備；而較長或較大的顆粒則因無法嵌入窩眼內(nèi)徑而滯留在滾筒里，最終經(jīng)由滾筒內(nèi)的另一端出口排出。因此，窩眼筒精選機(jī)不僅可以去雜質(zhì)，也可以當(dāng)成更精準(zhǔn)的分級(jí)機(jī)使用。
